It's time for the Stone Brewery's 12th Anniversary Celebration and Invitational Beer Festival! 

As many of you may know, the Stone Brewing Company stages this event annually, and all of the money raised goes to local charities.  However, what some may not know is that they also have an additional component known as the Stone Dye-Hards for Charity.  Ever year people dye their hair some predesignated color (this year it's blue) as a way to raise money for some additional charities, and this year I've decided to participate.

That's right, you heard me!  I'm dying my hair BLUE for charity!  In fact, I'm doing so this coming Tuesday, August 5th, at 5:30 pm, thanks to the good folks (especially Jamie) at House of Hair in North Park.  (I'll post a picture as soon it's done.)

So, please make a pledge on my behalf.  (My ID number is 1048.)  It's all for some great causes!  And hey, what's $5 or $10 (or $100) bucks compared to the pleasure of getting to see me roll around town with bright blue hair!  Heck, if you're brave enough, join me!

Thanks!  I look forward to much mocking and ridicule as I roll around with blue hair for the next few weeks.  But hey, it's for the kids!
